Philippians 1v3

Pray with joy.

This does not mean that you have to go and find your friend Joy and pray with her. No, it mean that we should be happy when we pray. We should remember all the great things that God has done for us and what he is going to do for us, this should fill us with joy.

Thank God for all the good things he has done for you.

Philippians 1v9

I pray that your love will keep on growing more and more, together with true knowledge and perfect judgement, so that you will be able to choose what is best.

The apostle prayed that the people of Philippi would keep on growing in love, knowledge and judgement. We all need to grow in these things so we can be better people and better Christians. Love, hope, wisdom, faith, patience, self-control, kindness and also that we should not be envious, hateful, angry, envious or jealous.

Philippians 4v6

Don't worry about anything, but in your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a thankful heart.
